Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk can
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 pieces Reese's Peanut Butter Cups king-size, chopped in quarters, divided

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Line an 8 X 8-inch casserole dish or baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Put the sweetened condensed milk into a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix in the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth. Microwave for another 30 seconds if it's not melting. Add in all but 4 chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and mix well. Work quickly, the fudge starts to set really quickly.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the parchment-lined baking pan and smooth it out quickly before it starts to set. Top it with the remaining Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  4. Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes or until set throughout. You can put it into a refrigerator for a quick set, but do not leave it in the refrigerator for more than 5 minutes.

Notes

This fudge is best stored on the countertop at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, wrapped in plastic wrap. Avoid refrigeration as it can dry out the fudge. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months and thaw at room temperature before serving.
