  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup Honeydew Melon cubed
Honey-Lime Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lime Zest

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Divide the fruit salad into four equal portions. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

To make ahead, prepare the fruit salad and dressing separately and combine just before serving to prevent the fruit from becoming too soft.
