  • 2 lb white almond bark
  • 2 cups roasted and salted peanuts
  • 12 pieces peppermints (crushed)
  • 2 cups thin pretzel sticks (broken into pieces)
  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Cheerios cereal
  • 1 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Add almond bark and peanuts to a 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours, until melted.
  2. Once melted, add crushed peppermints, pretzels, and cereals. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Drop 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture onto parchment-lined baking pans.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the candy and top with holiday sprinkles.
  6. Chill baking sheets in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
