Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces Reese's peanut butter cup Minis (or about 1.5 cups chopped Reese's cups)

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and softened butter until smooth and creamy. This may take a few minutes.
  2. Add the light brown sugar and creamy peanut butter to the bowl. Beat on low speed until just combined.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating on low speed until it is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, animal crackers, or fruit slices.

Notes

This dip is best served slightly chilled or at room temperature. For a thicker consistency, refrigerate for a few hours. It can be made up to 2 days in advance.
