  • 2.5 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs, with cream
  • 0.25 cup salted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 8 ounces package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 28 Oreo minis

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Add 2.5 cups of the crushed cookie crumbs and the melted butter to a small mixing bowl. Stir to coat the crumbs.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of the buttered crumbs to each of the cups. Use a spoon or cup to tamp down the crumbs.
  3. Using a stand mixer or a handheld mixer on medium speed, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Add the heavy cream and vanilla. Mix for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Fold in the remaining ½ cup of crushed cookie crumbs.
  7. Fill a piping bag with the cream filling. Squeeze onto each cup over the cookie crumbs.
  8. Top each cup with an Oreo mini. Cover and refrigerate until set, up to 3 days.

Notes

Perfect for parties or a quick treat. Can be frozen for longer storage.
