  • 1.5 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs eggs room temperature
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1.5 cups plain M&M candies
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • mini M&M candies optional, for topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add brown sugar and mix until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
  7. Stir in M&M candies and chocolate chips.
  8. Using a cookie scoop, place dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  9. Flatten each dough ball slightly and add marshmallow fluff in the center.
  10. Top with mini M&M candies, if desired.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  12. Cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
