  1. Place the tea bag in a mug with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and add vanilla syrup or sweeten to taste.
  2. While the tea is steeping, heat the milk until steaming. Use a frother to make it foamy, about 15 seconds. Pour the steamed milk over the tea and stir gently.
