  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract (optional)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 zest lemon
  • 0.13 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray and lightly flour it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, milk, butter extract, and pudding mix. Beat until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. While the cake bakes, make the lemon glaze by mixing lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
  5. Remove the cake from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes in the cake and pour glaze over it.
  6. Allow cake to cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
