  • 1 pcs sweet onion diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz can
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cans consomme 10 oz/284 ml cans
  • 1 can tomato soup 10 oz/284 ml
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 4 pcs carrots peeled and diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups small pasta shells uncooked
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef and onions on medium high heat.
  2. Once beef is browned, add in the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
