- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely smooth. Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter and cereal.
- Fold in mini marshmallows. Pour mixture into a buttered or parchment-lined 9-inch square pan. Gently press to distribute evenly.
- Spread melted peanut butter morsels over the top. Press in Reese's mini cups so they stick. Let set for about an hour before cutting into squares.
