  • 0.25 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • 3 wooden skewers 4-inch
Sandwich Sticks (Ham & Cheese)
  • 4 slices sandwich bread cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 slices ham cut into 1-inch squares
  • 2 cheddar cheese sticks cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 0.5 cup leaf lettuce chopped
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise for dipping
  • 0.25 cup mustard for dipping
  • 3 wooden skewers 4-inch

Preparation Steps
  1. For the Pizza Style Sandwich Sticks: Cut baguette slices, cheese sticks, pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, and olives into bite-sized pieces.
  2. For the Ham & Cheese Sandwich Sticks: Cut sandwich bread cubes, ham slices, and cheese sticks into bite-sized pieces. Chop lettuce.
  3. Assemble the skewers by alternating ingredients. For example, for pizza sticks: bread, cheese, pepperoni, tomato, olive, bread. For ham and cheese: bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, bread.
  4. Repeat for all three skewers per variety, ensuring you end with bread to create a stacked sandwich effect.
  5. Serve the pizza sandwich sticks with marinara sauce for dipping. Serve the ham and cheese sandwich sticks with a mix of mayonnaise and mustard for dipping.
  6. Place in a lunch box with ice packs if transporting.
