Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together with a mixer until smooth. Set aside.
- Spread pecans and shredded coconut on the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, water, eggs, oil, and condensed milk. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
- Bake for 40 minutes until baked through.
