  • 1 lb crab meat imitation or lump
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 6 tbsp reduced fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 6 tbsp light mayonnaise Hellman's
  • 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce or to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them finely.
  3. Chop the crab meat finely.
  4. Add the chopped artichoke hearts and crab meat to a medium bowl along with all remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix well using a rubber spatula, then transfer the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted and the top becomes golden, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with baked chips or your favorite crackers.

Notes
