  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Franks hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked peeled large shrimp diced
  • 0.75 cup reduced fat Mexican blend cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray an 8x8 inch baking dish or pie dish with cooking spray.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and white wine vinegar. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup of the cheese and the diced shrimp. Mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for another 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

Notes

Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
