  • 2 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 can chicken, drained 12 ounce cans
  • 1 cup hot sauce Frank's Red Hot recommended
  • 1 cup dressing Ranch or Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • green onion chopped, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, hot sauce, dressing, and drained chicken until thoroughly blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  5. Top with chopped green onions, if desired, before serving.

Notes

This dip is best served warm. It can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven. If you prefer a spicier dip, you can add a little extra hot sauce.
