  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. Make the brownie batter: In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla to dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Prepare the cheesecake layer: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until combined. Spread over the brownie layer.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer and swirl with a toothpick to create marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 28-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
