  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken tenderloins on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
