Main Ingredients
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 5 oz mixed baby greens
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 0.25 cup gorgonzola cheese leave out for Paleo

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Place all the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake.
  2. Combine the salad ingredients in a big salad bowl and toss with dressing or divide among plates.
