- Combine. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Finish and serve. Add feta, and gently mix it in. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
