  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For Garnish (Optional)
  • as needed fresh parsley chopped
  • as needed Parmesan cheese grated
  • as needed lemon freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the olive oil over the cauliflower and add the spice mixture. Stir well to coat the cauliflower with the oil and spices.
  5. Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket and spread evenly.
  6. Cook for 14 to 15 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp and to your desired tenderness.
  7. Serve warm with a squeeze of fresh lemon, freshly chopped parsley and/or grated Parmesan cheese.
